VSS Capital Partners Appoints David Fann to Head Investor Relations

NEW YORK – August 27, 2024- VSS Capital Partners (“VSS”), a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, education, and business services industries, announced that David Fann has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations. Mr. Fann brings vast experience, having held executive leadership roles in private market firms that have invested over $50 billion in private equity and private credit for institutional investors. He joins VSS from Apogem Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of New York Life Investment Management, where he was a Vice Chairman.

Mr. Fann will oversee Investor Relations and Fundraising for VSS, bringing his broad institutional relationships across global regions, experience in private equity transactions and different private markets strategies and in-depth familiarity with sophisticated investors of all types to the firm.
