NEW YORK – November 11, 2020 – VSS Capital Partners (“VSS”), a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, information, business services and education industries, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lacey Mehran to Managing Director. Mehran is responsible for the firm’s investor relations activities, including fundraising and its co-investment program.
In 2006, Mehran joined VSS as an Associate and worked collaboratively with VSS’ investment team on transaction origination. During her 14-year tenure with the firm, she has been actively involved in several of the firm’s successful acquisitions and has supported and led multiple successful capital-raisings for the firm’s funds and overall been instrumental in growing its investor relationships for the past eight years.

Prior to joining VSS, Ms. Mehran worked at a leading equity research firm, OTA-OTR. Ms. Mehran received an M.B.A. from The Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
